My Favorite Book When I Was Younger

One of my favorite books from when I was younger is Ivy and Bean by Annie Barrows. This was one of my favorite books when I was 4 years old, because my dad would read it out loud to my sister and I every night. I remember that every night, we would all sit on the couch, and he would pick up from the chapter he left off on. I thought that it was so cool that he was reading us a chapter book, and I remember that I would always laugh at the crazy and weird things that Ivy and Bean did in the story. I will always have good memories from this book, and I think it's a book that all many younger kids would enjoy as much as I did.

    My daughter Mimi loved these too! She had to read every last one and even tried to write her own stories about them.

    This is one of my favorite books! I also read my favorite book with my family. I liked how you described that the book made you laugh, it made me laugh too.

“Ugh! My family is so annoying all they do is yell at me. Even if I do something good they’ll find the littlest mistake.” Then my mom comes to my door she was banging on that door like a fighter pounding a boxing bag. “KNOCK KNOCK!” “OPEN UP MIKE!” She screamed.
